Show Dates: October 3-5, 2025

Volunteer Window: October 1-6, 2025

Potential Duties:

  • Directing and Assisting Attendees
  • Helping in Admissions
  • Game Lounge Oversight
  • General Customer Service
  • Setup/Teardown of Event
  • There may be some heavy lifting in excess of 20-30lbs

  • Ability to Follow Instructions
  • Ability to Manage a Crowd and Keep Cool Under Pressure
  • Ability to Handle Money
  • Versatile People Skills
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Security Clearances
  • First Aid Training
  • General Computer Competency

If you're a responsible, friendly, and outgoing person able to volunteer at least four hours of time at the show, we'd love to have you apply- and if chosen, you'll get in for free!

By submitting this application, you agree that you are applying to be a temporary volunteer for this specific Pittsburgh Gaming Expo event and not an employee of PRG Presents LLC, Pittsburgh Gaming Expo, or any other associated organization. Volunteers are required to abide by the PGX Code of Conduct and all federal, state and local laws while volunteering and/or while on venue property.

It is expected that volunteer crew members working the show will maintain professional behavior, and reasonable conduct, both in-and-out of the show, regardless of duties at the time. Volunteer crew members, show staff, associated entities and/or their family members are prohibited from participating in any contests, tournaments, charity raffles and/or events, etc., where there is any kind of prize-support.
