We know you’re a big nerd.
We’re big nerds, too.

And you know what big nerds like to do?

– Talk about Stuff –

Like a lot. And you can do that with a mildly captive audience at the expo. Submit your idea for a geek panel, and we’ll try and give you access to the mic and help to make it happen.

You can submit an idea for anything, and while we have greater windows of opportunity for panels safe for all ages, don’t be afraid to submit any idea, even if it’s a little grown-up in scope.

As such, we reserve the right to curate and control the approval of panels, but we welcome you to submit any panels you may think could draw a crowd.

We curate our panels via a juried process, and as such, our acceptance process often takes a longer-than-expected amount of time to finalize. We will announce acceptance at least one (1) month prior to the show. Part of the reason for this is because we are solving the placement of this content in between music scheduling, required programming and content, and other assorted contractual requirements we often don’t have the full details of until far closer to show time.
